Korean barbecue refers to the Korean method of grilling beef, pork, chicken, or other types of meat. Such dishes are often prepared at the diner’s table on grills that are built into the center of the table itself. The most typical form of Korean barbecue is Gal Bi made from marinated beef short ribs. However, Korean barbecue also includes many other kinds of marinated and non-marinated meat dishes, and can be divided into several categories.

Korean Restaurant Duru serves 5 different types of Barbecues:

Big Galbi – Most Famous Korean Beef Barbecue in Korea, also known as “King Rib”.

Chicken Bulgogi – Sliced Chicken breasts that are marinated with Duru’s special sauces.

Tender Beef – Also known as  “Joo Mul Luk” premium cut beef, seasoned with garlic, pepper and salt.

LAGalbi – One of the most famouse Korean Barbecue in North America, short ribs that are marinated with Duru’s special sauces

Pork Belle – Best way to describe this barbecue is probably “Korean style Bacon”.
